We take pride in extending the life of our products. Our lifetime warranty covers infinite repairs on our Intrepid and Kids' Unbelts, and our Classic Unbelt is covered for 500 days from date of purchase. Here's how the process works:

1. Select the Unbelt and component that need repair from the dropdown above.

2. Proceed to checkout, entering BELTHOSPITAL 

If you have a Classic Unbelt with proof of purchase from within 500 days of today Our sewing team is standing by, and depending on sewing capacity, we will either send you a repaired belt or a replacement. In the second case, we'll wash and repair your original Unbelt for re-sale in our next Preloved Unbelts sales event. Here's how it works:

1. Please select the part you would like replaced below and proceed to checkout.

2. Print out your order confirmation (it'll be in your inbox) and mail it, along with your damaged belt, to:

We recommend using a standard mailing envelope with 2 stamps. Please fold your belt as flat as you can - an elastic band will help it stay that way in the mail.

3. Once we receive your belt, we'll send you your new one within five business days. You'll know it's on its way when you see a shipping confirmation for this order.
